Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after processing depending on destination location and the shipping option selected. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination, shipping option selected, and customs processing times. Below are some rough estimates:

Europe: 7–14 business days
Canada & Mexico: 7–10 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@downtofab.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue.
