This warranty has no cash value. To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective\u003cbr\u003eproduct with the dated original receipt to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased. This Limited\u003cbr\u003eWarranty is not transferrable. This Limited Warranty applies only to those Products expressly described\u003cbr\u003ein this document. An eligible Product must be purchased new and used only on the vehicle upon which it\u003cbr\u003ewas originally installed. XRF has no way to confirm the authenticity and quality of products sold\u003cbr\u003ethrough unauthorized resellers and is not obligated to honor warranty claims when purchased from an\u003cbr\u003eunauthorized individual, unauthorized retailer\/dealer, or unauthorized online retailer. Purchases made\u003cbr\u003ethrough auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or other unauthorized online retailers are\u003cbr\u003enot eligible for warranty.\u003cbr\u003eAdditional Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty\u003cbr\u003eIn addition to the other requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and exclusions contained in this Limited\u003cbr\u003eWarranty, this Limited Warranty also does not apply to:\u003cbr\u003e1. Any Product installed on a vehicle with a suspension system that has been altered, modified, or\u003cbr\u003erestored in any way, including but not limited to suspension systems that have been lowered or\u003cbr\u003eraised.\u003cbr\u003e5. Any claim, loss, or damage due to misuse, alteration, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper\u003cbr\u003eapplication, or attachment, improper or lack of maintenance, improper installation, or improper\u003cbr\u003estorage of the Product.\u003cbr\u003e6. Any Product not installed by a properly trained or certified technician using appropriate tools and\u003cbr\u003eprocedures.\u003cbr\u003e7. Any Product that was acquired as used (e.g., a Product purchased used, or a vehicle purchased\u003cbr\u003eused and upon which a Product was installed by the prior vehicle owner)\u003cbr\u003e8. Any claim, loss, or damage by anyone other than the original end-user purchaser of the Product.\u003cbr\u003e9. Any claim, loss, or damage due to damage that occurred to the Product while in transit prior to\u003cbr\u003ethe purchase by the original end-user purchaser; and any reconditioned Product.\u003cbr\u003e10. Any Product purchased, installed, or used outside of the United States of America, its territories\u003cbr\u003eand Canada.\u003cbr\u003e11. Any product that sends back for return to the original retailer should be on his or hers own cost.\u003cbr\u003e12. Please note that Qualified Installer Shop is a business registered with the\u003cbr\u003eCity\/County\/Municipality to conduct business as an automotive repair facility with a business\u003cbr\u003elicense.\u003cbr\u003e13.
