Any Product not installed by a properly trained or certified technician using appropriate tools and\u003cbr\u003eprocedures.\u003cbr\u003e7. Any Product that was acquired as used (e.g., a Product purchased used, or a vehicle purchased\u003cbr\u003eused and upon which a Product was installed by the prior vehicle owner)\u003cbr\u003e8. Any claim, loss, or damage by anyone other than the original end-user purchaser of the Product.\u003cbr\u003e9. Any claim, loss, or damage due to damage that occurred to the Product while in transit prior to\u003cbr\u003ethe purchase by the original end-user purchaser; and any reconditioned Product.\u003cbr\u003e10. Any Product purchased, installed, or used outside of the United States of America, its territories\u003cbr\u003eand Canada.\u003cbr\u003e11. Any product that sends back for return to the original retailer should be on his or hers own cost.\u003cbr\u003e12.
